Lithium 1 Corp.
Has 2 Vast Lithium Mine Properties in Oyo state with Large Lithium resources.
One mine site is 50 thousand acres, the other mining site is 25 thousand acres. They are located in the heart of Oyo state.

Lithium 1 is an integrated Lithium Company that will install a Lithium Spodumene refining plant to process 1 thousand TPD of hard Rock Lithium Ore into Lithium Spodumene Concentrate powder for sale into the world market.
In phase two L1 will use it’s substantial cash flow to finance expansion of its spodumene production and to acquire additional Lithium mines to supply its expanded spodumene processing capacity.

Kemp Fisheries was also a major processor of freshwater fish from the Great Lakes in Minnesota & Ontario Canada. Louie Kemp is the author of his Memoir Dylan & Me About his Life Story which includes stories about his 50 years of Adventures with Bob Dylan including that he was the Producer of Dylan’s Famous iconic Rolling Thunder Revue Tours. He is the proud Father of Six Children and Grandfather of 11 and Counting.
