David Cohen holds a U.S. patent for a process methodology that transforms MSW (Municipal Solid Waste) to RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel), a Waste to Energy Technology. Through his company, American Recovery, he has processed highly flammable hydrocarbons contaminated with biological agents from pharmaceutical companies, turning them into a renewable resource. In addition, David Cohen has owned and operated several ventures, including National Resources, a crude oil refinery in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and American Labs, an Ethylene Glycol Recycling facility in El Paso, Texas. He has also worked with gold mining companies in California and Arizona, specifically concerning the usage of Sodium Cyanide in the recovery of gold ore. He collaborated with a government agency for Standards to create a new ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) for automotive coolant. David Cohen holds a government issued CAGE (Commercial and Government Entity) code and was awarded a “Sole Source” contract by the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The contract was planned and executed in Bagram Base, Afghanistan, for the U.S. Army. He has also served as a Technology Transfer Consultant for FIIRO (Federal Institute of Industrial Research), a part of the Nigerian Ministry of Science and Technology. In this role, he revamped several dormant factories, including the European Union funded Oshodi Foundry in Lagos. He has worked on various projects for FIIRO, such as scrap aluminium refining, rutile ore processing to extract Titanium Dioxide for the paint industry, and the manufacturing of “Sacrificial Anodes” for the Shell Oil Company and crude oil pipelines. Beyond his extensive professional endeavors. David Cohen is the Founder and Chairman of Agra Minerals, a Nigerian mining company with over 20 mining concessions. The resources found in these mines include Coal, Tin, Nickel, Tantalite, Mica, gold, and other minerals. Additionally, he is the Founder and Chairman of Lithium King, another Nigerian mining company focused on exploring vast territories rich in Lithium. The total land mass controlled by Lithium King exceeds 200,000 acres. Furthermore, David Cohen is involved in philanthropy through Azusa Farming Support, a charitable NGO that promotes Women Empowerment, and mechanized farming.

Rabi Ahmadu, the Vice President of Agra Minerals Limited holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Management Information Technology, from the prestigious Federal University Technology, Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi, Nigeria.
She began her career experience immediately after university, while awaiting the popular service to Nigeria, where she worked as an Office Administrator and Business Development Manager with Options Group International, a Nigeria owned I.T/Consultancy company.

During her National Youth Service Corps (mandatory one year service to Nigeria), she worked as an I.T assistant with Zartech Limited, a Lebanese owned company in Nigeria, where she also built her career. Due to her love for volleyball, she also became part of the NYSC Volleyball team and also participated in some skilled trainings during the service year. After her NYSC, she went into the teaching line due to her zeal to impact knowledge to the younger generation, and also giving back to her Alma Mater. She was an I.T Instructor with an all-girls’ high school, St. Louis College, Jos, Plateau State. She taught there for a period of one year and 6 months, before she picked up another career as a Human Resource Manager with Paycom (Opay) Nigeria, a CBN (Central Bank of Nigeria) approved online payment platform owned by Chinese. Due to her excellent performance as a Human Resource Manager, Rabi Ahmadu was offered an opportunity by Proten International (a Human Resource outsourcing firm), to be the Northern HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner), with all the Northern states under her care/expertise. She also picked up a career with a Health Facility, which she tripled as a Data Entry Officer, Digital Marketer, and Customer Service Representative, and this has also formed part of her career and self-development. She is presently working with a remarkable and reputable mining company, Agra Minerals Limited, where she is the Vice President. She helps to manage the company’s operations, especially with over twenty (20) owned sites, cut various states in Nigeria.
